Section page breaks are hidden by default. You can also press Ctrl + Shift + E to turn off Track Changes. From the drop-down menu, select Track Changes to turn tracking off.Click Track Changes in the Tracking group.
You can’t delete section breaks when Track Changes is turned on. You can change between Page Layout View and Draft View by clicking the View tab in the Ribbon and selecting the required view.
